This final Antarctica blog is filled with short videos for your viewing pleasure. Hopefully they will give you a taste of our experiences.  I need to add more text here so the formatting will turn out right, so I will tell you that we received a free Flip Video Camera last year, which is why we are able to take short videos.  It is much better than the video function on our camera.  We've always wanted a small portable videocamera because there are so many things we see that aren't captured well by photo.  Ok.  I think that is enough text.  On to the videos...

This first video was our first whale sighting.  Pretty sweet how they were so close to the ship, huh?

Penguins are really good at follow-the-leader.  They never get out of line and when the leader stops, so does everyone else

This is an example of what you COULD see on a trip to Antarctica.  It is an amazing closeup video of killer whales chasing after a penguin.  That would have been so cool if we could have seen this live.
